Product information
Evolabel labeling systems are advanced print-and-apply solutions that automatically print and apply variable labels to products, boxes and pallets in industrial production lines. They solve traceability issues by consistently and error-free applying barcodes, batch numbers, expiration dates, contents and logistics information, with support for GS1 standards and high line speeds. With Evolabel systems, labeling is possible for primary packaging, cartons and pallets.
You can choose from three different printers:
D43: 4 Inch direct thermal printer with 300 dpi
T43: 4 Inch thermal transfer printer with 300 dpi
T63: 6 Inch thermal transfer printer with 300 dpi
Different applicators enable flexible configurations for various surfaces and speeds. Evolabel labeling systems are supplied and integrated by Codipack as a partner solution.

Specifications
Print technology: direct thermal and thermal transfer, depending on the selected Evolabel model.
Typical applications: labeling of individual products, boxes/cartons and pallets with barcodes, batch data, expiration date and weight.
Supported label formats (example D-43): approx. 30 × 20 mm to 118 × 240 mm, depending on the applicator.
Maximum print width (example D-43): up to approx. 108 mm; maximum print length up to approx. 240 mm.
Resolution: typically 300 dpi for sharp barcodes and text.
Print and labeling speed: printers up to approx. 160–200 mm/s; applicators up to approx. 120 labels per minute or up to 80 m/min line speed, depending on the model.
Pallet labeling: solutions for 1, 2 or 3 sides with GS1-compliant A5 pallet labels and integrated barcode verification.
Communication & integration: support for Ethernet/LAN, USB, RS-232 and other field interfaces, plus Evolabel communication protocol for easy software integration.
Compact design: small footprint and flexible mounting kits for integration into existing packaging lines or in limited space.
