The Evolabel Belt Applicator from Codipack applies labels at high speed and precision to the top, bottom, or side of packages and products, ideal for lightweight or fragile items like salad bags, bottles, or bread. It solves inaccurate labeling problems at high line speeds through a vacuum belt that runs exactly synchronous with the conveyor belt, achieving positioning accuracy up to ±0.5 mm.
Suitable for food & beverage lines with capacity up to 120 packages per minute depending on label size; supports diverse surfaces with optional brush extension for uneven products. Compatible with Evolabel printers D43, T43, and T63 (with extension) via standard plug-and-play interface, including CANopen communication. Compact design with pneumatic stand for easy label changes.
