Founding of Codipack
Codipack is founded by Walter Imberechts and Tony Dedrie.
Industrial buildings
Construction of the Codipack industrial buildings with offices, technical area and warehouse. In the industrial park of Olen.
First production line
Installation of the first production line to produce your labels. Codipack offers a complete solution with printing and labelling.
Own software company
Foundation of Codisys BVBA, its own software company for the control of printing and inkjet systems, automatic identification by barcode readers and terminals.
Creation of the Codipack Group
Creation of the Codipack Group and merger of Codisys and Codipack Systems. The software division will be fully integrated.
Extension to 5000m²
Extension of the industrial building with an additional production hall, technical rooms and a new high bay warehouse. Thus, we have more than 5000m² for the ever increasing activities.
5 production lines
Start of a fully automated production line. Codipack now has 5 production lines running continuously in a rolling system.
Codipack grows
Exponential growth, after 6 years a doubling of the turnover to more than 20 million and a growth of the staff to +50 employees.

Codipack turns 30
Codipack celebrates its 30th anniversary. Launch of a new software. Integration of Dynamics 365, both xRM and ERP “in the cloud”. These are important steps for the future.
New CRM system
Launch of a new CRM system to streamline all processes at Codipack Group and provide customers with even better service.
Start of construction works on new building
Start of demolition work on the building next to our current site. By the end of the year, an additional multi-purpose new building of 6000m² will be built here.
Completed new construction
Commissioning of our new building! The facility includes an additional warehouse to support our annual growth, a spacious workshop for the technical service, offices, an indoor garden, and a canteen.
