Product information
The Evolabel FlexWipe is an advanced pallet labeling system that applies labels to one or multiple sides of pallets in heavy industrial conditions. It solves the problem of traditional systems that are dangerous, large, slow, and expensive by offering a safe, compact, and fast print-apply solution that flexibly labels front, side, and back sides without the pallet needing to stop.
The system uses two servo-controlled rotating movements: an inner arm rotates 360° and an outer arm with applicator pad rotates 200°, with automatic portrait or landscape mode via “Free Motion Apply” (patent pending). It detects incomplete pallets and adapts, ideal for end-of-production, and operates in temperatures down to -28°C with continuous power. Compatible with thermal transfer printers like T63, it integrates with GS1 SSCC labels and barcode validation, suitable for boxes, pallets, and dusty environments.
