Product information
The Evolabel Tamp Applicator from Codipack ensures highly precise label placement on products, boxes, or packages from the top or side. This solves inconsistent labeling issues in production and logistics lines through controlled tamp movement with patented applicator pads using vacuum ejectors for secure grip and minimal air consumption.
The product suits print-and-apply applications where speed and accuracy are critical, such as labeling boxes on conveyors at speeds up to 50 m/min. It mounts easily on Evolabel printers like D43, T43, and T63 via two screws, air hose, and eApplicator cable, controlled through printer software and external sensors. Compatible with labels from 30×20 mm to 118×240 mm (4″ printers), it supports continuous flows without daily calibration.
