Evolabel Coldstore Range, supplied by Codipack as a partner solution and not developed or produced by Codipack itself, offers advanced print-and-apply labeling for extremely cold environments down to -30°C (-22°F). This solves the problem of unreliable labeling in freezers, where traditional systems fail due to condensation or freezing, ensuring continuous cold chain integrity in logistics, food production, and pharmaceuticals. The system, including flexWipe coldstore for multi-side pallet labeling and eTamp coldstore for flexible tamp applications, is designed for pallet, side, and top labeling on rough, cold surfaces with strong adhesion via built-in brushes.

Applications include reliable pallet labeling in frozen storage, seamless labeling in chilled food production, precise pharmaceutical labeling, and high-speed labeling for frozen goods. Compatible with printers like D43 CS and D63 CS, it supports direct thermal print technology and add-ons like incomplete pallet detection and code validation for integration into automated lines. Tested in climate chambers for long-term reliability, it maximizes throughput up to 5 pallets per minute with minimal maintenance and a compact footprint under 1 m².
