The eTamp Coldstore offered by Codipack is a stepper‑motor driven tamp applicator specifically developed for labeling in cold storage and freezer conditions. The system provides reliable and accurate label placement within cold‑chain environments and can apply labels both from the side and from above onto static boxes or pallets. The applicator is designed to support good adhesion of labels to cold, rough, or frozen surfaces.
Because the eTamp uses a stepper motor instead of pneumatics, the system features a lighter design and high positioning accuracy. In addition, the applicator automatically returns to the home position when an obstacle is detected, increasing operational safety and reliability.
The applicator is available in multiple versions with maximum apply distances from 150 to 850 mm and is compatible with Evolabel printer models such as D43/T43 and D63/T63. This makes the solution easy to integrate into existing production lines, including support for barcode and 2D code verification.
