The ALtech ALline is a modular in-line labeling system for automatically applying self-adhesive labels to rectangular, cylindrical, oval, and conical products in sectors such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. The system is built around a sturdy linear base to which various handling and labeling modules are added, such as front/back units, wraparound modules, horizontal transport systems, and special configurations.
This allows combinations such as single-side, front/back in one pass, full or partial wraparound, and multi-sided labeling (3- or 4-sided) on a single line. The ALline can be equipped with different ALtech labeling heads (such as ALstep or ALritma), spacing and orientation solutions, top stabilizers, coding and inspection systems—enabling both simple and demanding applications with high accuracy and speeds of up to hundreds of products per minute.
