Aquasystems

Aquasystems is a young and growing company that used to label and code its jars and bottles manually. An enormously time-consuming process; automation therefore offered the solution.
The labels were still ordered “on sheet”, so the Supplies department at Codipack was also involved. This department has converted all references to labels on a roll where also an improvement in appearance and quality has been achieved.

As hardware, Codipack has built a line system of ALtech with a wrap-around unit for round labeling. Because there is also a batch code on the products, there is chosen for a cutout on the full color label. On this we print the variable data with a small character inkjet system from Leibinger.
