The Leibinger JET One is an entry-level Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printer for simple, reliable coding and marking of products with fixed and variable data such as expiration dates, lot numbers, batch codes, and simple graphics. It solves basic problems of inconsistent print quality and maintenance through Sealtronic technology that automatically seals the nozzle airtight, plus fully automatic viscosity and pressure control without compressed air.
Prints up to 2 lines with fonts from 5×5 to 16×10 dots and character heights 1.5-8 mm on materials like glass, metal, plastic, film, and cardboard, at speeds up to 268 m/min. The 5.7″ color TFT touchscreen with Windows interface supports job editing during production, product detection, and USB connectivity in a compact IP54 stainless steel housing. Suitable for food, pharma, and general packaging with low maintenance needs and reservoirs refillable during production.
