They solve the problem of reliable scanning at variable distances and in harsh conditions through an extended range imager that reads codes from 15 cm to over 20 meters, with omnidirectional decoding of 1D and 2D barcodes including GS1 DataBar, Aztec, Data Matrix, and QR codes.
These scanners excel in applications like forklift picking, shipping/receiving, material handling, and work-in-progress tracking in warehouse/logistics centers and manufacturing. Both models support HID and SPP profiles; the PBT9501-AR through Bluetooth 3.0 Class 1 (up to 100 m range) with 3-second battery replacement (Li-Ion 3350 mAh), while the PD9501-AR connects directly through keyboard wedge or RS-232/USB interfaces.
