The ALtech ALcode is an advanced print & apply labeling system that prints and applies self-adhesive labels in real-time to both stationary and moving products, ideal for identification in packaging lines such as boxes, bundles, and pallets.
It solves the problem of variable data labeling by integrating SATO EX series or Zebra ZE500 printers with powerful PLC control and a wide range of applicators, such as air-blow, tamp, swinging roller, or multi-format arm. The system supports medium-high speeds and is robust for industrial environments, with options for 400 mm roll diameter and rewinder for longer autonomy.
