The Leibinger JET3up MI is an advanced Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printer for micro-printing with high precision on small products like injectors, relays, cables, and electronics components. With 35 or 40 µm nozzles, it prints up to 5 lines with font height from 0.7 mm, fixed and variable data, barcodes, DataMatrix codes, and graphics at speeds up to 1960 ft/min.
It addresses coding challenges in tight spaces through Drop Position Control for precise drop placement and Sealtronic for 100% airtight nozzle sealing, without drying or cleaning cycles. The 10.4″ color TFT touchscreen with Windows-based interface supports >800 functions, job management, external data integration via Ethernet, RS232, USB, and automation tools like product detection and autosync. Variants offer options like longer umbilicals (up to 6 m), head ventilation, and IP65 protection for robust integration.
