ALcode P - Pallet Labeler

The ALtech ALcode P is a print & apply pallet labeler that automatically prints and applies A5 SSCC labels on one, two, or three sides of pallets according to GS1 standards. It solves the problem of inconsistent labeling in logistics and warehousing by offering high accuracy and flexibility, even with varying pallet heights and formats.

The system uses a tri-axial robot arm with three servo-controlled axes (X, Y, Z) for precise positioning, compatible with ALtech printers such as the ALedge or ALpulse thermal transfer printers. It supports real-time variable data printing, barcode generation, and integration with WMS/ERP systems via Ethernet or other interfaces, ideal for end-of-line palletizing in production environments.
