The Leibinger JET Rapid is a high-speed Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printer for extremely fast, reliable coding on cables, wires, pipes, and other materials in high production speeds. It solves the problem of readable marking at speeds up to 1000 m/min through 50 µm nozzle, 128 kHz drop frequency, and special fast-drying inks that adhere immediately without smearing. Print up to 5 lines (at 537 m/min) or single-line up to 1000 m/min with texts, batch numbers, dates, barcodes, and logos (1-2.4 mm height, 3×7 to 7×5 matrix). The JET Rapid Wire variant is optimized for the cable industry with >800 functions such as job chaining, product detection, autosync, and VNC-remote via 10.4″ touchscreen.
Sealtronic technology, EcoSolv solvent recycling, and IP54 stainless steel housing ensure minimal downtime and consumption (up to 160 million characters/liter). Codipack supplies the Leibinger JET Rapid as a partner solution within its portfolio and does not develop or produce this product itself.
