The Zebra TC501 is an ultra-rugged, AI-native mobile computer specifically designed for demanding frontline environments such as retail, logistics, manufacturing, and field service. The device overcomes limitations of previous generations by combining workstation-class performance, integrated RFID, and ultra-fast wireless connectivity in one compact handheld. The Qualcomm Dragonwing Q-6690 octa-core processor with dedicated AI engine enables running complex vision, OCR, and analytics apps directly on the device, without cloud dependency.
The TC501 features a 6-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display (2160×1080) with up to approximately 1500 nits brightness and Gorilla Glass Victus protection, ensuring information remains clearly readable even outdoors. Standard integrated short-range UHF RFID, 1D/2D scan engines (SR500/SR560/AC670), and a 50 MP camera provide versatile data capture in one device. With Wi-Fi 7, 5G, and Bluetooth 6, hot-swappable batteries (5000 or 7240 mAh), and IP65/IP68 housing, the TC501 is built for non-stop use in harsh conditions.
