The Leibinger JET2 NEO is a versatile Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printer for daily contactless coding of products with fixed and variable data such as texts, batch numbers, expiration dates, barcodes, 2D codes (including QR up to 25 dot), and logos up to 3 lines. It solves problems like clogged nozzles and maintenance stops through Sealtronic technology that seals the ink circuit 100% airtight when switched off, for instant start without flushing.
Suitable for print speeds up to 268 m/min (option 403 m/min with NEO S variant) on materials like glass, metal, plastic, film, and cardboard, with font heights of 1.5-14 mm. The robust stainless steel housing with 10.4″ touchscreen and Windows CE interface supports Ethernet, USB, RS232, and Nicelabel driver for easy integration. Variants like JET2 NEO D (dust-resistant) and EP (egg coding) offer extra flexibility.
