All NGT+ models print at 300 dpi and achieve high cycle rates up to 650 prints/min (NGT2+) and high line speeds in both intermittent and continuous mode.
Flexible and easy to integrate
The series is compact, lightweight, easily switchable between intermittent and continuous via software, and centrally controlled via a:touch2 or PC.
Product information
The Allen NGT+ series is a range of thermal transfer printers for direct printing of flexible packaging and labels with variable data such as expiration dates, batch codes, lot numbers, and barcodes. The series includes models with different print widths, from the compact NGT2+ to the wide NGT8/8e, providing suitable solutions for both small sachets and large foil packaging. All models operate at 300 dpi resolution, ensuring small fonts and 2D codes remain sharp and readable even at high line speeds.
The NGT+ printers can print both intermittently and continuously, with print lengths up to 1000 mm in continuous mode, making them suitable for flowpack, form-fill-seal, and labeling applications. Thanks to the compact and lightweight design, software-based mode switching, and central control of multiple printers via a:touch2 or PC, they integrate easily into existing production lines. The Allen NGT+ series is supplied by Codipack as a partner solution within their portfolio for industrial coding and marking.

Cycle rates at 5 mm print height: up to approx. 650/min (NGT2+), 550/min (NGT4+), 320/min (NGT6/6e), 300/min (NGT8/8e).
Operating modes: intermittent and continuous, switchable via software without mechanical conversion.
Control: up to 10 NGT printers centrally via a:touch2 or PC.
