Codipack’s thermal transfer ribbons are wax, resin or combination-based ink ribbons used in label printers and print & apply machines to create permanent, high-quality prints on labels and packaging. They solve the problem of short-lived direct-thermal prints by transferring ink via heat, resulting in scratch- and smear-resistant barcodes, text and graphics resistant to moisture, chemicals and temperature fluctuations.
Compatible with printers from brands like Sato, Zebra, Toshiba and Honeywell, and suitable for in-line TTO printers on flexible packaging like PP, PE and PET films. Also usable for print & apply machines as mentioned. Applications include logistics, food packaging, outdoor-labeling, automotive and solvent-heavy production environments.
