Codipack has developed a Project Management system so that each project is guided in the right direction. The communication between the various departments (engineering, production, supplies, assembly, after services) are fully attuned to each other. The cooperation with the customer is thus optimised.
Codipack also has a completely renewed XCRM-ERP package (Dynamic 365-Cloud version) which gives us the power to deliver each project accurately.
Project Management in 4 simple steps
1. Communication and management
Codipack appoints a Project Manager. He is the point of contact with the client. The Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of the design and implementation of the system. This from the assignment date until the final handover.
The Project Engineer ensures that the system is correctly placed and assembled. He is responsible for the commissioning of the system, up to and including the final operational hand-over. The Engineer also takes care of the internal communication and documents, such as lay-outs, manuals and CE declarations.
The installation of the system is carried out by an experienced technical team and, where necessary, by IT specialists (such as for software integrations).
3. Test phase
After installation, Codipack will start a test procedure. This way we are sure that the system will function properly.
If applicable, a FAT and SAT test belong to the possibilities.
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT): at the manufacturer or in the Codipack workshops, we can do a visual inspection and a final check. There is also a functional test of the installation (mechanical and software).
- Site Acceptance Test (SAT): this test is at the customer’s site and demonstrates that the system works in accordance with the parameters agreed in the contract between the customer and Codipack.
A thorough hand-over takes place and the systems are now put into operation by the customer himself.

There are several levels of training possible. Codipack has the necessary specialists for the various fields such as operation, maintenance, control, …..
Codipack’s Helpdesk is available for support, advice, specific questions and to provide solutions to any problems. This service enables the customer to shorten the time between the occurrence of a malfunction and the implementation of the desired adaptation.
After delivery and approval, the project is transferred to the Codipack after-sales department.
Optionally, the Codipack after-sales department can offer you a wide range of support. This includes technical advice, emergency assistance, remote diagnosis and on-site service/maintenance, spare parts and service/maintenance contracts.
Depending on the need, Codipack offers a tailor-made proposal.
