Product information
The Zebra ZD421 is an advanced desktop label printer for printing labels, barcode labels and wristbands in logistics, retail, office environments and healthcare. The printer is available as direct thermal and thermal transfer version, so you can choose between simple printing without ribbon or durable labels with ribbon. With a maximum print speed up to 6 inches (152 mm) per second and a resolution of 203 or 300 dpi the ZD421 produces sharp labels with scannable barcodes.
The ZD421 uses Zebra Print DNA and Link-OS, making management, monitoring and integration with existing systems much easier. Via USB and USB Host as standard, and optional Ethernet, serial port and wireless connections like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, the printer can be flexibly integrated into wired and wireless networks.
For healthcare environments there is the ZD421-HC, with disinfectant-resistant, UV-resistant housing, a sealed keypad and medical power supply compliant with IEC 60601-1, ideal for use in hospitals, laboratories and pharmacies.
