The Honeywell PC41E-D and PC42E-D are compact 4-inch direct thermal desktop label printers for low to medium volumes up to 1000 labels per day in logistics, retail, and warehouses. Both offer resolutions of 203 dpi (up to 203 mm/s/8 ips) or 300 dpi (up to 152 mm/s/6 ips) with print width up to 110 mm for sharp barcodes and labels. The PC41E-D is the entry-level model with USB Device/Host and 128MB memory, ideal for simple applications, while the PC42E-D is more advanced with 256MB memory, factory Ethernet/Serial, Bluetooth V5.0, and Wi-Fi 5 options for demanding environments.
Both printers support Direct Protocol, DPL, ZPL II, EPL, and XML for broad software compatibility, with Honeywell Printer Edge and SOTI Connect for management. The PC42E-D offers extra options like cutter module, self-strip, and low media sensor. Suitable for shipping labels, wristbands, receipts, and logistics labels with continuous stock, gap, and black mark media up to 127 mm roll diameter.
