The Zebra ZD230 is an advanced 4-inch desktop label printer that supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing, ideal for retail, warehouses, and offices with daily printing needs. With a 203 dpi resolution and a maximum print speed of 152 mm/s (6 ips), the printer produces sharp barcodes, text, and graphics on media up to 104 mm wide. The OpenACCESS design makes media loading easy, while the dual-wall construction ensures durability.
The printer uses Link-OS Basic with ZPL II and EPL2 for compatibility with Zebra software and easy integration. Standard USB 2.0 connectivity; some models offer Ethernet, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi options. Suitable for roll and fan-fold media up to 127 mm in diameter, including wristbands and receipts. ENERGY STAR certification ensures low power consumption.
