HSA high-resolution cartridges are advanced ink cartridges for Thermal Inkjet (TIJ 2.5) printers, designed for high-quality industrial coding with sharp text, barcodes, and images on diverse substrates. They address challenges like printing on non-porous or difficult-to-adhere materials, such as blister foil, aluminum, PET, OPP, and coated surfaces, using solvent- and aqueous-based inks with excellent adhesion and abrasion resistance.
Available in colors like black (K4021si Thor), blue (B2025si), red (R2021si), white (W1250si), yellow (Y2042si), and UV-invisible (UI6060si), with volumes up to 45 ml and a long shelf life of up to 24 months. They support high-resolution printing (up to 128 addressable dots) with decap times up to 16 hours and drying in seconds, ideal for track & trace, product coding, and security printing. Compatible with HP45A, HP45ai, and HP45si cartridges for printers like HSAJET MCX, with automatic recognition via smart cards.
