The Sato SG112-ex is a heavy-duty industrial barcode printer offered by Codipack for large-scale labeling applications in manufacturing, automotive, chemicals and logistics. With thermal transfer and direct thermal technology it prints up to 10.5 inches (266.7 mm) width at 305 dpi resolution, ideal for extensive information on one large A3-format label instead of multiple small labels. Automatic label detection and multi-label printing significantly increase efficiency.
The printer supports rolls up to 8 inches (200 mm) diameter with I-Mark and gap sensors for precise positioning, suitable for tear-off and cutter mode (up to 423 mm length). USB 2.0 (A/B), Ethernet, RS-232C, parallel and SD-card connectivity ensure flexible integration with multi-language LCD display (English, Chinese, Japanese). The robust construction minimizes downtime in fast production environments.
