The Leibinger JET3 up is an advanced Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printer for contactless coding and marking of products with fixed and variable data such as expiration dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, 2D codes, and graphics up to 5 lines. It solves problems like ink drying out, clogging, and maintenance stops through Sealtronic technology that forms a hermetically sealed circuit when switched off, plus Drop Position Control for precise drop placement. Applications cover various industries with print speeds up to 600 m/min and heights of 0.8-16 mm on convex, concave, rough or smooth surfaces.
The intuitive 10.4″ touchscreen with Windows-CE interface supports proportional fonts, rotation, inversion, and external data integration via USB, RS232, and Ethernet. Extras like EcoSolv for low solvent consumption and power failure buffer minimize costs and downtime.
