The Evolis Primacy 2 is a powerful card printer offered by Codipack for medium to large volumes of identification cards, loyalty cards, access passes, and badges. With dye-sublimation thermal transfer direct-to-card technology, the printer produces sharp prints up to 300 x 1200 dpi monochrome or 300 x 600 dpi full-color on PVC, composite, or PET cards from 10-50 mil. Rewritable technology and color profiles ensure professional results with holograms, UV effects, and protective overlays.
Standard 100-card input and output hoppers (expandable to 200 input) support continuous production up to 30,000 cards per year. Optional encoders for magnetic stripes, contact, and contactless chips (MIFARE, DESFire, iCLASS) enable simultaneous encoding. Compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux via USB, Ethernet, or optional Wi-Fi, including Premium Suite software and LCD touchscreen for intuitive operation.
