ALtech ALcode and ALritma T print & apply systems, supplied by Codipack as a partner solution and not developed or manufactured by Codipack itself, automate real-time printing and application of variable data such as barcodes, expiration dates and RFID on boxes and packaging in high-speed production lines. They solve traceability issues by simultaneous printing and application with minimal downtime and high reliability.
The ALritma T uses a swinging loop arm for up to 250+ labels/minute (up to 400 mm/sec print), while ALcode offers flexible applicators such as blow and tamp for various positions on stationary or moving products. Compatible with SATO/Zebra printers, PLC integration and direct thermal technology, ideal for industrial environments with storage of 40 formats via multilingual touchscreen. These systems also function as standalone applicators without a printer.
