The ALtech ALpharma is an advanced labeling system offered by Codipack for precise pharmaceutical packaging operations. It addresses the challenge of accurate, secure labeling of sensitive products like vials, bottles, ampoules, and folding boxes while meeting stringent hygiene and quality standards.
The system applies barcode labels, vignettes, and tamper-evident angle labels that fold along box flaps to create tamper-proof seals. Equipped with top stabilization belts and side alignment, it’s ideal for pharmaceutical production lines and compatible with transparent labels through capacitive sensors.
Integration with hot-foil or thermal-transfer print units enables batch codes and expiry dates. The stainless steel construction (AISI 304/316) with smooth surfaces facilitates cleaning and complies with Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
