The tamp applicator applies labels in a controlled manner through a contact movement, enabling accurate label positioning. Functions: Features adjustable pre-dispense, dispense speed and label delay. The system also includes functions such as Missing Label Recovery, product counter, end-of-label-roll alarm and web break detection.
Label Roll: Supports label rolls with a diameter of up to Ø300 mm and features side access for quick roll changes.
Options: Expandable with a transparent label sensor, encoder for speed synchronization, various tamp and blow-on application modules, near-end-of-roll detection and hot marker.
