REA JET Marking Blocks (Spray Mark Blocks) are pneumatically controlled spray mark solutions for large, clearly readable markings from a distance on industrial products. By combining multiple spray mark heads into one block, alphanumeric texts, material designations, batch numbers, logos, and simple symbols can be applied with print heights of approximately 40 to 700 mm, depending on type and configuration. This makes the technology particularly suitable for heavy industries such as steel and aluminum production, where markings on hot, often dirty or dark surfaces must remain clearly visible.
The systems support different nozzle diameters for variable dot sizes and can apply two-dimensional contrast layers (“color mirror”) on dark substrates. Marking blocks are typically integrated into existing REA JET ST spray mark systems and controlled via the REA JET TITAN Platform, allowing them to work in line with other coding and marking techniques.
