The REA JET OEM 2.0 controller is a compact control unit for Drop-On-Demand (DOD) inkjet printing systems, designed for seamless integration into machines and production lines. It addresses challenges around global compatibility and robustness through support for all True Type Fonts, XML-based communication, and multi-voltage operation, ideal for variable data such as texts, logos, and codes in diverse languages.
The controller supports up to 512 nozzles via 2 printhead connections (e.g., 16 heads with 32 nozzles each), with interfaces such as Ethernet 100Mbit/s, RS232/422, USB, and digital I/O for direct coupling with production systems. Glove operation, remote control via PC or VNC, and a 24V power supply ensure flexibility in dusty or wet settings. It is suitable for high-speed printing up to 90 m/min on porous surfaces.
