The Leibinger JET3 up PI is an advanced Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printer specially designed for high-contrast marking with pigmented inks on dark surfaces such as cables, plastic, and metal. It solves the problem of unreadable codes on dark backgrounds through a unique hydraulic system with integrated agitator that constantly circulates pigment and prevents settling or clogging. Print up to 5 lines with texts, barcodes, DataMatrix codes (ECC200), GS1, QR codes, expiration dates, and graphics at speeds of 403 m/min, with font heights of 1.5-16 mm.
Sealtronic technology seals the nozzle 100% airtight when switched off for immediate start without cleaning, supported by >800 functions such as job chaining, product detection, and autosync via 10.4″ Windows touchscreen. Options include long umbilicals (up to 10 m), head ventilation, and IP65 protection for flexible integration via Ethernet, RS232, and I/O.
