Product information

At Codipack, we offer the Macsa fiber laser,  an advanced system for industrial coding and marking on multiple materials including metals, plastics, and films. These pulsed fiber lasers provide permanent, high‑quality marks without using inks or consumables, making them ideal for high‑speed production lines where conventional methods struggle due to maintenance or environmental impact.

The available models include:

  • Macsa SPA F Pulsed

  • Macsa SPA F Film

  • Macsa F‑9000 DUO Series

  • Macsa F‑9000 DUO MOPA Series

Each model delivers sharp, highly durable coding performance across applications such as beverage cans, flexible packaging, irrigation pipes, and automotive components — even on curved or sensitive surfaces.

With processing speeds of up to 172,000 cans per hour using the XQS printhead, these lasers integrate easily into high‑throughput production environments or standalone marking stations. User‑friendly Marca® software supports both dynamic and static marking, enabling quick configuration and flexible message control.

The Macsa fiber laser reduces operational costs through its low energy use, absence of emissions, and extremely long lifetime (> 100,000 hours). It ensures reliable product traceability and consistent quality in demanding industrial contexts.
