Product information
The Diagraph ResMark 5000 is a high-resolution industrial inkjet printer that prints sharp, durable messages, barcodes and graphics on porous surfaces such as cardboard, ideal for end-of-line case coding. This system solves the problem of inconsistent print quality in rough industrial settings, such as dairy production, through robust technology that guarantees 24/7 reliable operation with print speeds up to 150 fpm for barcodes and 200 fpm for text.
Applications include large character coding with print images up to 100 mm high per printhead (up to 8 heads), suitable for texts, codes, logos and barcodes (UPC, GTIN, Code 128, Datamatrix, QR-Code). It integrates easily via Ethernet, WLAN, I/Os or software such as NextConnect and Loftware Nicelabel, and retrieves print data directly from merchandise management systems or PCs. The printer supports Mark 2 (up to 51 mm print height) and Mark 4 (up to 102 mm) printheads with a print distance up to 12 mm.
