Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) is a global specialist in chemical raw materials and semi-finished technical products. This company is world leader in a wide range of floor coverings for the residential and commercial markets and also produces upholstery.

At Beaulieu, Codipack Group delivered 3 items.

1. Marking of the individual panels

If an end customer has a complaint about a floor panel, BINTG wants to be able to retrieve all information about when this piece was made, by whom, and with which raw material, by means of the tracking code. The purpose of this is to be able to solve complaints as quickly as possible and to prevent problems.

At the bottom of each panel we burn a unique code with a Macsa K1080 UHS laser.
With this code the customer can do a full trace. The speed is 80 boards per minute and each code is completely unique.
