The Sato CL6NX Plus is a flagship 6-inch industrial barcode printer offered by Codipack for demanding track & trace applications in manufacturing and logistics. With direct thermal and thermal transfer technology the printer supports wide labels up to 168 mm width and lengths up to 2500 mm (203 dpi). The dual-CPU architecture (800MHz Linux + ITRON) with 2GB Flash and 256MB RAM ensures fast data processing and direct PDF-printing.
The printer offers resolutions of 203 dpi (10 ips) and 305 dpi (8 ips) with smart print head monitoring and Pureline™ platen roller for proactive maintenance. USB 2.0 (front/rear), Ethernet (IPv4/IPv6), RS-232C, parallel, NFC and optional dual-band Wi-Fi provide flexible connectivity with emulations SBPL, SDPL, SEPL, SIPL, STCL, SZPL, XML and SATO AEP. Tool-less maintenance and bi-fold cover minimize downtime.
