Product information
The ZCAT series from Labelmate are Z-shaped zero-tension rewinders that wind labels without pulling on the printer. They solve issues with inkjet and back-feed printers where tension causes registration problems. These rewinders fit into production for RFID, high DPI printing, and applicators, with left-to-right or right-to-left direction. Sensor controls start/stop via loop depth for perfect winding.
