The Honeywell PC45 and PC45-HC are advanced 4-inch desktop printers for direct thermal (PC45d) and thermal transfer (PC45t) printing, suitable for retail, logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare with medium to high volumes. Both offer resolutions of 203 dpi (up to 203 mm/s/8 ips) or 300 dpi (up to 152 mm/s/6 ips) with print width up to 108 mm for sharp barcodes, wristbands, tags, and linerless labels. The large color display with touchscreen provides intuitive operation with real-time status.
Standard USB 2.0 Host/Device and Ethernet 10/100; Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 Low Energy, and optional WWAN ensure modern connectivity with remote management via Printer Edge and cloud integration.
The PC45-HC variant features disinfectant-resistant, UV-resistant housing and medical certification, ideal for wristbands, specimen labels, and pharmacy labeling in hospitals. Supports Fingerprint (FP), IPL, ZPL-II, DPL, and XML-enabled printing for broad software compatibility.
