The Honeywell PC42E-T is a compact 4-inch thermal transfer desktop printer for medium printing volumes of up to 2,000 labels per day in logistics, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. With resolutions of 203 dpi (up to 152 mm/s / 6 ips) or 300 dpi (up to 127 mm/s / 5 ips) and a print width of up to 108 mm, the printer produces sharp barcodes, graphics, and durable labels with a 300m ribbon capacity. The ECO button minimizes label waste and shortens calibration time.
Standard USB Device/Host and Ethernet enable easy integration, with optional Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless flexibility. Supports Direct Protocol, DPL, ZPL II, EPL, and XML emulations, plus Honeywell Printer Edge for remote management via SOTI Connect. Suitable for shipping labels, wristbands, asset tags, and product identification with gap, black mark, and continuous stock media up to 127 mm roll diameter. The robust construction (268 x 198 x 168 mm, 2.04 kg) fits in confined spaces.
