Both offer 203 dpi resolution with print speeds up to 152 mm/s (6 ips), but the PC42 is a simple entry-level model with basic USB connectivity and minimal controls, while the PC43 provides more functionality with LCD display or icons, front/rear USB ports, real-time clock, and expandable connectivity via Ethernet/Wi-Fi modules.
