The Honeywell PC23D is a compact direct thermal 2-inch desktop label printer for light printing tasks in retail, office, healthcare, and logistics. With 203 dpi resolution and a maximum print speed of 203 mm/s (5 ips), the printer produces sharp barcodes, text, and graphics on media up to 56–60 mm wide. The multilingual LCD display (10 languages) or icons interface and real-time clock make operation intuitive without a manual.
The printer loads easily with one hand via the media reloading system and supports gap/black mark sensors with adjustable position for reliable media detection. Standard USB connectivity with 128 MB Flash/RAM ensures quick setup; wireless Bluetooth and WiFi (802.11 b/g/n) are optionally available. Supports various 1D/2D barcodes (EAN, QR, Data Matrix, PDF417), multiple fonts, and emulations (DP, DPL, EPL, IPL, ZPL-II) for broad software compatibility. Suitable for wristbands, price labels, shipping labels, and receipts with rolls up to 127 mm diameter.
