The IQ Label is a fully electric print-and-apply labeling machine that seamlessly integrates with folding machines like the Kolibri Folding for automated labeling of bags. It optimizes outbound processes by automatically printing and applying a label to a bag from the magazine at the start of a folding cycle, so operators focus on bagging. This solves inefficiencies in packaging of clothing and textiles, with support for polybags, paperbags, shipping-bags and polymailers, including customer-supplied bags. The Sato CL4NX-Plus printer offers freedom in label formats, blank, pre-printed or combined use.
The touchscreen interface is intuitive with simple instructions for use and troubleshooting, and changeovers happen tool-free. Mobile design with storage for rolls and bags, expandable with PC and monitor for order processing.
