The ALtech ALcode Blow Box & Tamp Blow is an industrial Print & Apply solution designed for the automatic printing and contactless application of self-adhesive labels onto products and packaging. The system is developed for applications that require accurate labeling with variable data such as barcodes, batch codes, serial numbers, and product information.
Depending on the application, the ALcode is available in two configurations:
Blow Box: The label is applied directly to the product using an air blast, without the applicator moving towards the product.
Tamp Blow: The applicator first moves towards the product, after which the label is applied using an air blast. This configuration is ideal for greater application distances or hard-to-reach labeling positions.
Both systems feature an integrated thermal printer that enables real-time printing and application of labels. The contactless labeling method is ideal for fragile products, irregular surfaces, and applications where direct contact with the product is not desirable.
Thanks to its modular design, the ALcode Blow Box & Tamp Blow can be easily integrated into existing production and packaging lines.
