REA JET spray systems (REA JET ST series) are advanced spray mark technologies for precise line, dot, and surface marking with paints, inks, primers, and process fluids of low to high viscosity on various industrial products. They solve the problem of clearly readable markings from a distance, even on hot, dirty, or dark surfaces, by combining spray mark heads into marking blocks (SRP-7, SRP-10, SRP-16, SRE-10) for alphanumeric texts, batch numbers, 2D codes, and logos with print heights from 25 to 700 mm.
Applications include quality marking (OK/NOK), line marking on pipes, engine block tests, fluorescent/UV marking, and applying oils or adhesives in sectors such as steel, aluminum, and automotive. Variants like STC (compact, 125-500 ml), STF (flexible, 1.5-4.5 l), and complete systems with IP54 enclosures integrate seamlessly via the REA JET TITAN Platform for manual/automatic operation, with options such as circulation pumps, color change, and redundant tanks.
