The Leibinger inkjet printer industrial CIJ (continuous inkjet) printer JET3up PI is specially designed for printing with pigment ink. Do you want to print dark surfaces with a lot number or other information? Then you want a good contrast between the product and the print. To achieve this you print with pigment ink that you can only use in a specially designed printer like the Leibinger JET3up PI. After all, in a standard small character inkjet printer, the pigment ink would clog up the print head over time, reducing the quality of your print and jeopardizing the continuity of your production process.
How does the Leibinger JET3up PI work?
The combination of a unique hydraulic system, an integrated ink mixing vessel and a fully automatic interval system ensures that the ink regularly circulates through the entire printer during a production stop. This process prevents permanent pigment from remaining in the printer.

In addition, there are several other inks available. Pigment inks in various colors: white, black, yellow, orange, blue and silver gray. They are all fast-drying inks.
Optionally, the JET3up PI is available in a dust-proof version that is also resistant to water jets (the PRO version, IP65).
