Product information
The Kortho TT-Series is a range of thermal transfer overprinters (TTO) designed for printing variable data directly onto flexible packaging materials and labels. These printers are used to apply information such as expiration dates, batch numbers, barcodes, DataMatrix codes, production times, and other variable product data with high print quality and reliability.
The TT-Series consists of three models:
- TT-32 – designed for compact coding applications where available print space is limited.
- TT-53 – a versatile solution suitable for a wide range of standard packaging and coding applications.
- TT-107 – offers a larger print width for applications requiring larger codes, barcodes, or more printed information.
The printers can be integrated into a variety of packaging equipment, including vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machines, flow wrappers, thermoformers, tray sealers, and labelling systems. Equipped with SMARTFORCE™ technology, the TT-Series automatically controls both ribbon tension and printhead pressure, helping to maintain consistent print quality while reducing ribbon-related issues.
With ribbon lengths of up to 1,800 metres, the TT-Series minimizes production interruptions caused by ribbon changes. The printers operate fully electrically and do not require compressed air, simplifying installation and reducing maintenance requirements. Available through Codipack, the Kortho TT-Series provides manufacturers with a reliable coding solution that can be integrated into existing production environments and connected to Kortho Control Center and other production management systems for centralized control of coding and printing processes.
