The Evolabel QuickTamp Applicator from Codipack applies labels lightning-fast and precisely on the top or side of boxes and packages in dynamic production lines. It solves labeling challenges at high speeds and variable heights through linear motion with traction control and automatic height adjustment via sensor.
Available in G2 models 400, 600, 800, and 1000 mm, it uses patented applicator pads with vacuum via compressed air for secure grip without air consumption during application. Compatible with Evolabel printers D43, T43, and T63 via simple mounting with two screws, air hose, and eApplicator cable; controlled through printer software and external photo sensor. Ideal for e-commerce logistics with capacity up to 1500 packages/hour per line. Codipack offers this applicator for reliable, low-maintenance integration.
