Identification of timber in wood industry
Van Dam produces wood, mostly for finishing houses.
Van Dam came to Codipack through a sister company in the group, Heuvelman Hout. This company has been using Codipack Print & Apply systems and high resolution printers for years.
Recently, CE marking has to be applied and they were looking for a solution with labels.
Because they have several lines but not all products have to be labelled, they looked for a mobile solution. The choice fell on Evolabel on a mobile stand. The simplicity in operation and maintenance, its industrial robustness and the compact construction of the machine were the deciding factors. The machine is controlled directly from SAP.
Codipack also delivers blank labels to its customer.
