Easy integration into Moba system
The JET3up EP has been specially developed for the egg industry. It enables direct and contactless egg coding. Up to 252.000 eggs per hour (at 8 lanes and 8 egg printers).
The Leibinger egg printer can be easily integrated into a Moba or Diamond system and is reliable. So you guarantee maximum food safety.
Many countries already have standardised egg codes. More and more producers need to print information directly on eggs or egg cartons, such as a producer code, the laying date or other production related information. Egg codes can create considerable added value for both consumers and producers.
The Leibinger egg printer offers maximum flexibility in coding eggs and egg cartons. These printers can be used to print packaging material and even the egg shell itself with fixed or variable information. Non-contact printing safely codes eggs of different sizes without the need to readjust the print head.
The egg code can be placed anywhere thanks to the flexible print head. Leibinger has developed an elbow printhead especially for the egg industry which prints on the top side of the eggs, even in cases where conditions in the egg grading machine are very tight.
The Leibinger egg printer is compatible with the Moba and Diamond egg grading and packing machines. They are delivered with all interfaces, connections and cable sets, allowing quick and easy plug-and-play integration. Full integration into the egg grading machine offers huge benefits, such as automatic application of any changes to print data for all printers in the system and automatic expiry date updates. It also ensures that each individual egg is printed with specific information.
Leibinger offers all egg producers a complete solution for coding your eggs and egg cartons, including FDA and EU-compliant food-grade inks, the optional IP-65 protection class for protection against dust and spray water and the automated Sealtronic seal (integrated as standard) to prevent the ink from drying out in the printhead.
